Returns/ Refund Policy

Hey there! We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or have second thoughts about a doormat. We totally get it – doormat commitment can be a serious business! So, here's our laid-back return policy (pun intended):

  1. If you receive a doormat that you absolutely 'can't even' with, just shoot us an email within 14 days of purchase. We'll be more than happy to help you find a new home for it.
  1. Please make sure the doormat is in its original condition. We totally understand if you've walked all over it a few times to test it out – we'd be curious too! But let's keep it free from any stains, tears, or doggie paw prints.
  1. Once we receive your returned doormat, we'll issue you a refund in a jiffy! We're all about spreading smiles, not just doormats, so we'll make sure your refund is processed faster than you can say 'knock, knock.' *Buyers are responsible to return shipping costs, mats are to be shipped back to the return address on your shipping label. If for any reason you have misplaced the box or label feel free to reach out to us at themintedgrove.com and we can provide you with that address. Once the mat is received we will process a full refund, minus shipping, in your original form of payment.
  1. In the unlikely event that a doormat arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll send you a replacement faster than you can say 'welcome mat.' Just reach out to us with a photo of the unfortunate mishap, and we'll make things right.

Please note- Any custom made doormats are not eligible for refunds due to their custom nature.
