Returns/ Refund Policy
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. You will mail the mat back to our sender address on the shipping label. If for any reason you have misplaced the box or label feel free to reach out to us at themintedgrove.com and we can provide you with that address. Once the mat is received we will process a full refund, minus shipping, in your original form of payment within 48 hours.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note- Any custom made doormats are not eligible for refunds due to their custom nature.
